During Truman Week, you can expect to participate in a variety of engaging and fun activities designed to create a smooth transition to student life on the Truman campus. Truman Week starts on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2019, and continues into the first week of the official start of the fall semester. Who attends Truman Week Truman Week is an introductory program for incoming first-year and transfer students. Truman Week Schedule WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14 8 am – 1 pm STUDENTS check in, pick up Truman Welcome Packet, unpack and set up room in residence halls. COMMUTER STUDENTS: Pick up your Truman Welcome Packet at 2:15 pm in Kirk Bldg. 107 11 am – 1:20 pm Lunch – Parents, family, and friends invited to eat in all dining halls for $6 per person. Mainstreet Market in the Student Union and Starbucks in Pickler Memorial Library are open for cash sales at regular prices from 8 am until 2:30 pm.
